How to Book Your Ride:
Choose Your Route: Select your airport/bus stop route. (e.g. Spring Valley - JFK/LGA)
Enter Details: Provide your pick-up and/or drop-off locations. Additionally, specify the number of passengers, luggage quantity, any additional stops, and your flight number if applicable. Please opt in to receive an appointment reminder via SMS.
Secure Your Spot: Book your ride with a $5 deposit.
Confirmation: Receive confirmation of your booking via EMAIL and TEXT.
Coordinate With Your Driver: Arrange your pick-up and drop-off details directly with your driver through text message.
Information:
Long-Distance Rides: For rides outside of Rockland County and the 5 Burroughs of New York City, please inquire about availability and rates by texting (949) 607-8646. The fare is approximately $2.5 per minute or mile (which ever is greater). All reservations must be finalized online and will be confirmed by text.
Amenities:
Ambient lighting for a comfortable ride.
Heated and ventilated captain seats in both the first and second rows.
Window sunscreens in the second row for privacy and comfort.
USB-C available at all seats.

All fares are refundable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation Requests: To cancel your reservation and request a full refund, please use the "Cancellation" button provided in your confirmation email. This option is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure time. If you need to cancel after this period, please inform your driver directly; however, please note that this will result in the forfeiture of your $5.00 deposit.
Fees: Cancellations are subject to a transaction fee of 2% plus a $5.00 cancellation fee.
Processing Refunds: All full refund requests must be processed through the link in your confirmation email. We do not accept refund requests via phone calls or text messages.
No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your scheduled departure will result in a charge of the full fare.
